PrizeBoom — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in prize draws and use of the PrizeBoom website (the “Website”). By entering a prize draw, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

The Promoter operates prize draws in accordance with:
- the Gambling Act 2005 (free prize draws),
- the ASA / CAP Code for Promotional Marketing, and
- relevant UK consumer-protection legislation.
2. The Prize Draws
2.1 These Terms apply to all prize draws listed on the Website.
2.2 Prize draws may include football match experiences, travel allowances, hotel stays and luxury goods.
2.3 Prize draws typically run for 24 hours only and may open at random times (“Opening Date” and “Closing Date”).
2.4 Entry opening and closing times will be clearly stated on the prize-draw page.
2.5 No purchase or payment is required to enter PrizeBoom prize draws.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry instructions are provided on each prize-draw page and must be followed.
3.2 Only one entry per person per draw is permitted unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
3.4 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received due to technical issues.
3.5 By submitting an entry, you enter into a contract with the Promoter and agree to be bound by these Terms.
4. Free Entry Route
4.1 All PrizeBoom prize draws are free to enter but you can increase your chances buying lots.
4.2 Where a competition format includes a skill-based or multiple-choice question, full details will be displayed on the Website.
4.3 Any alternative free-entry instructions (if applicable) will be clearly stated for the relevant promotion.
4.4 Bulk or automated entries are prohibited. Suspicious or duplicate entries may be voided.
5. Choosing a Winner
5.1 All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.
5.2 The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the Closing Date.
5.3 The process will be fair, impartial and capable of independent verification in line with the CAP Code.
5.4 Where legally permitted, the winner’s first name and general location may be published.
6. Eligibility
6.1 Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
6.2 Proof of age and identity may be required before a prize is awarded.
6.3 The following are not eligible:
- employees or contractors of the Promoter,
- persons professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw,
- immediate family members of the above.
6.4 The Promoter may disqualify entries submitted in breach of these Terms or UK consumer-protection law.
6.5 No responsibility is accepted where an entrant fails to meet eligibility requirements.
7. The Prize
7.1 The prize for each draw is described on the Website (the “Prize”).
7.2 Prize details are accurate to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge at the Opening Date.
7.3 Prizes may be supplied by a third-party provider (“Supplier”).
7.4 Where necessary, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7.5 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated.
7.6 Where a prize includes travel, accommodation or event tickets, additional third-party terms may apply.
8. Notification and Claiming the Prize
8.1 The winner will be contacted using the details provided on entry.
8.2 If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8.3 The Prize must be claimed personally and cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf.
8.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a winner cannot take up the Prize.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter is not liable for:
- technical failures or website availability,
- lost or invalid entries,
- changes, postponements or cancellations by third-party suppliers,
- indirect or consequential loss.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Data Protection & Publicity
10.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Personal data will be used only for prize administration and entry verification unless consent is given for other purposes.
10.3 Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity. You may object to this, except where disclosure is legally required (e.g., to the ASA).
11. Fraud, Misuse & Fairness
11.1 The Promoter may refuse, void or cancel entries where:
- fraudulent or automated activity is suspected,
- multiple accounts are used,
- behaviour undermines the fairness of the draw.
11.2 The Promoter may suspend or cancel a prize draw if technical or legal reasons make it necessary to do so.
12. Changes to These Terms
12.1 The Promoter may amend these Terms for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
12.2 The latest version will always be available on the Website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
